The Art of the Backhand

We’ve covered how to do a forehand, unfortunately that will only allow you to cover half of the sides you want to hit, so it’s time to learn about the other side of things, the backhand. The backhand can be a tougher shot because the timing of the swing and where the racquet will be at the end of your swing is faster than when a forehand swing comes out so a backhand is required to be planned earlier.  They can be performed with two hands or with one, with my preference being the one handed backhand.
